I am a lawyer with over 8 years of experience in Surrogacy Law and International Adoption.
My involvement in this area began in a personal way, as my father is a doctor specialized in Assisted Reproduction, which meant I always had this world present in my life.
Over time, I realized the legal barriers that many couples and individuals face when seeking parenthood.
Given this scenario, I dedicated myself to deepening my knowledge in such a sensitive and humane area of Law.
After completing my Master's degree, in which I thoroughly explored the topic of reproductive autonomy and the legal implications of cryopreserved embryos (as discussed in my book: Reproductive Autonomy), I began collaborating with various international agencies, managing surrogacy processes.
Although it is a field filled with challenges, my mission is always to find the safest and most effective paths to ensure that this journey is as smooth as possible for those involved.
My work involves guiding parents, analyzing contracts, participating in strategic meetings, and managing the process holistically, always focusing on the success and safety of all parties.
